These lip tars have a different consistency than any other lip gloss I own. They are very “runny”(out of the tube)and pigmented at the same time. A little goes a long way, and this is best applied with a lip brush for precision and definition. I also would recommend a clear lip liner like Urban Decay’s 24/7 liner in Ozone to help define the lips. This isn’t needed but a nice step for keep in the lines.
I like to apply the liner first on the rim of the lips. Then apply the tar with a lip brush, blot with tissue and then either apply a thin layer of clear gloss or just skip that part all together. The gloss becomes a clean patent leather look on the lips. Not sticky but does transfer on to straws and cups.
Over all, I am still kicking myself for not seeing Pageant and Grandma at IMATS 
I’ll have to mix up some colors and if I am still unhappy I’ll snag up those two for sure!
Colors like a lipstick, feels light like a chapstick. Can feel dry if you normally have dry lips.

After feeling sick and yucky on Friday, I was able to sleep it off and was ready for the weekend. YAY!!!
I love animals and each time I go to the zoo I just end up picking a favourite and snap up a bagillion pics of them. This visit to the ZOO made me realize how much I love Polar Bears(couldn’t take too many since there was a glass wall between us) and the cute Koalas. Which means I will have to visit Sea World so I can see the other Polar Bears that weren’t at the Zoo.

I really like this launch because it contains the dark almost black colors. They are perfect for that edgy, yet updated look. It’s like Zoya is the new black polish LOL. There are 4 out of 6 that I really like, very unique and mysterious. While Vanessa and Ciara just didn’t catch my eyes the same way. The down fall to these was… they are NOT photogenic. After a bagillion pics these were the only ones that came out decent. It’s hard to capture dark colors while really snapping up the true shade.

For those of you who were able to snag it at a deep discount during the NYX sale *High Five*, but if you missed it NYX is still carrying these at retail for $9.00.
